Refund and Returns Policy
At CHEIRO, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products. Every item is carefully checked and verified before shipment.
Still, in rare cases of genuine issues, our return and refund guidelines are as follows:
- When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for major, valid issues, such as:
- Receiving a wrong product
- Receiving a damaged or broken item
- Defective spray mechanism or manufacturing fault
- Product received in poor physical condition
Important:
We do not accept returns for used, opened, or unsealed products.
- Time Window for Request
Return or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Return / Exchange Process
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
- After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it.
If the issue is verified, a replacement will be dispatched.
- Refund Policy
CHEIRO generally does not offer refunds.
However, if the same issue persists even after 3 consecutive return/exchange attempts, we will review the case and initiate a refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within a maximum of 3 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via the same payment method or through bank transfer.
- Shipping Costs
For all returns or exchanges:
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Quality Assurance
Every CHEIRO product undergoes strict quality checks —
including leak tests, cap-fit checks, spray mechanism checks, and visual inspection —
before being shipped.
Because of this rigorous process, returns are rarely required.
