Refund and Returns Policy

At CHEIRO, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products. Every item is carefully checked and verified before shipment.
Still, in rare cases of genuine issues, our return and refund guidelines are as follows:

  1. When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for major, valid issues, such as:

  • Receiving a wrong product
  • Receiving a damaged or broken item
  • Defective spray mechanism or manufacturing fault
  • Product received in poor physical condition

Important:
We do not accept returns for usedopened, or unsealed products.

  1. Time Window for Request

Return or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Returned items must be unusedundamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
  • After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it.
    If the issue is verified, a replacement will be dispatched.
  1. Refund Policy

CHEIRO generally does not offer refunds.

However, if the same issue persists even after 3 consecutive return/exchange attempts, we will review the case and initiate a refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within a maximum of 3 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method or through bank transfer.
  1. Shipping Costs

For all returns or exchanges:
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

  1. Quality Assurance

Every CHEIRO product undergoes strict quality checks —
including leak tests, cap-fit checks, spray mechanism checks, and visual inspection —
before being shipped.

Because of this rigorous process, returns are rarely required.
